Ed Drewett - Blink (acoustic)

As the song I have chosen does not currently have an official music video, I have chosen to analyse this video and the feedback it received on Youtube. I feel that this will help me with my plan for my music video as I will have a better understanding of the audience that the song has, and how this will reflect in my techniques.

All three of these posts are feedback to the video above. All three from girls, who are between 16-22 which reflects the target audience well and shows that most of the audience to this song will be girls. This will help me because Laura Mulvey's male gaze theory could be almost reversed within my video, to judge whether girls will react similarly to men within the situation. Not to the same extent as many videos in the charts right now, but in a slower, more relatable way to this age group.
