Draft Digipak

This is my draft Digipak for my promotional package. I have used the 'sharpen' filter to get the cartoon effect on the covers and a 'brushstrokes - crosshatch' effect for the cd's themselves. I feel that my digipak breaks stereotypical conventions, which I think gives it a unique selling point. I have used a black and white house style because the song I have chosen in slow and simple, also I feel that black and white is a conventional house style for slow pop genres. I have created continuity with my product, as my video itself, is mostly in black and white. The biggest challenge about creating the digipak was getting the correct measurements for the layers, and making the CD fit in the guidelines properly. Also, I have taken screen shots from the music video to use on the digipak, in order to maintain continuity throughout my products.
